Publisher's Description

CyberMatrix Office is a virtual office collaboration program. It is designed for those companies that would like their employees to work from home while still be accessible to those that need to work with them.

Employers using CyberMatrix Office will save money and have happier more productive employees. Employees that work at home are not subjected to a stressful pollution-causing drive to the office. By working at home employees will be less exposed to illness resulting in not as many sickdays.

CyberMatrix Office has been designed to function l ike an office situatin as much as possible. CyberMatrix Office allows employees to see each other by a web camera or see the other employee's desktop or both. Any number of hookups with other employees can be made depending only on the system's resources. Employees can be given a status which governs how they can be interacted with. For example, for "open area" employees, anyone can view the person and their screen and the employee does not know that anyone is watching. For "cubicle" employees, you can view the person and their screen but the employee knows you are watching. "Private" employees can only be contacted by other "office" employees. No one can contact an "exclusive" employee. All "office" employees must be asked permission to view their screen. All "closed office" and "private" employees must be asked permission to view them.
