Vombato Mail Drive is software that creates a free online storage on any of your POP3 email account anywhere on the web.
It will allow you to store files with music, mp3s, photos or data on your email account as if on additional hard drive. Vombato maintains directory tree structure as a normal filesystem.
You can simply copy files and folders on your email account and these files will be downloaded and awaiting your use when you arrive at any location.
In order to use the Vombato Mail Drive you will need only email account on any mail server with SMTP and POP3 support (eg. Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, GMX.net).
You can encrypt your top secret files stored on Vombato Mail Drive.
You can send big files as vombato files to your friend.
Vombato has a full POP3 and SMTP support that works hand-in-hand with any active-scanning anti-virus program. |
