Maintenance Pro makes it easy to track and organize preventive and repair maintenance for your equipment. Whether you are tracking facility equipment, office equipment, machinery, or any type of object that requires maintenance, this software will do the job.
Automated and color-coded alerts instantly show you which equipment requires attention at all times. You can easily create different PM schedules for different types of equipment and define your own custom maintenance tasks to track by date and/or meter.
When work needs to be performed, work orders can be generated with a click of a button and if desired, automatically populated with the required maintenance and/or parts. In addition, you can itemize preventive maintenance, repairs, part details, and labor details on each work order.
Track many details about each of your assets for reference. If needed, numerous user defined fields are also provided for tracking other types of information that are important to you.
Maintenance Pro also includes over 100 reports. With any report, you can specify detailed report-filtering criteria to analyze only the data you need.
Advanced features such as parts inventory, purchase orders, and invoicing is also available.
